Excellent cover exactly what I needed.
It's like air condition on my back, covers my back pad very well. My only downside to it is that my backrest has a pack behind it and that will block us from getting to it and using it.

My back no longer sticks to backrest on hot days thanks to Windrider Backrest!
First all I love riding with the cover and back rest. I did have to make minor adjustments after installing to allow for the additional thickness. The Velcro strips are ok, but I wish it was a slip over with bungee cord sewn in to secure a bit better so it doesn’t move at all. With that being said, I would recommend these items to anyone that rides!
I think it would look a little better if it wrapped around a little more. The seat cover is amazing.
Of course I only had it a few days so far - but it appears to be what I wanted - more air flow on the seat and especially on my back rest - 2 issues: 1.) the order form only asks what bike - but most of us don’t have stock seats - my replacement seat is wider than stock and so I wish there was an option to chose a slightly wider cover 2.). I have a BLACKED OUT BIKE - I HAD TO SPRAY PAINT OUT YOUR WHITE LOGO ON BOTH THE SEAT AND BACK PAD
I love my original Wind Rider seat cover for my 2024 Road Glide. The addition of the Wind Rider back rest is icing on the cake. I did reach out to customer service because I wanted to add my backrest but was afraid to cut the original seat. Customer service gave me direction on how to cut the seat to install the back rest and not lose integrity of the original seat cover. I am beyond excited to have the back rest with the Wind Rider cover. No sweaty back because it breathes so well. Thank you Wind Rider. You all rock!!!
I just bought the backrest because I was on a bike camping trip with some friends through Louisiana and the main seat cover made a huge difference! I installed it on day 3 of a 5-day deep-south trip. It was such a difference. On the 12 hour ride home on day 5, I was wishing I had this backrest, too. They do make the Goldwing seat slightly stiffer, but significantly less hot. The trade off is definitely worth it.
I'll repeat this for the seat cover too.. I just got done with a 5,000+ ride on my HD Electra Glide, I can attest that the product works as advertised, no sweaty rear end and crotch riding through 90+° weather when I was in Florida. Good job folks.
A Veteran brother had gull bladder issues on a ride in early August, about 60 miles away. Days of tests, layed him up in the hospital, etc. I knew he wouldn't be able to ride for a bit, so I offered to bring his Harley-Davidson Roadglide back for him and he had the Wind Rider seat cover. I immediately noticed the difference. The little extra firmness, and grip, but still soft. An hours ride to our home area, and I wasn't ready for a break, as I usually am at this point. I wasn't swapping butt cheeks to keep going the last 15 minutes, either! I looked up the Wind Rider website. Only $80! WOW!!! That's great! Another friend paid close to $250.00 near Deals Gap, TN for a big name brand. So ordered the Wind Rider seat cover and back rest cover for my 2014 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited immediately! My wife loves it, too. More circulation in the lower extremities when riding, more warmth and less aches.

I love that when I get off my bike in the humidity, my jeans and back are dry now! It really keeps me cool and comfortable in the heat. I gave it 4 stars because of the poor workmanship on the backrest—it doesn’t have a finished edge, which makes it look unfinished. Function-wise, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The seat itself? No complaints at all—works perfectly!
I have had the sear cover for a couple years now. It does make a huge difference with comfort. I decided to add the backrest, had for just an about 3 weeks. It is equally as good as the seat. Very satisfied….

Was not a fan of cutting it for the backrest but I get it. Many different types of backrests. Very comfortable and works like you said it would. 85 degrees and worked well.
I was skeptical of this cover when I first saw the ad, but figured I'd give it a try for my upcoming long trip. The price was reasonable and it was easy to install. It does raise me up about 3/4 of an inch, but that is OK as I can see just above the Windshield now on my Harley bagger. Bottom line is...I'm never taking it off! It's comfortable and airy! I decided to order the backrest cover and installed it just as easily and I love that too! I was even able to keep the passenger pouch already installed. I am sold on these covers and highly recommend them! Happy & safe riding...

Always the first purchase I make for any new bike. I've had three seat covers, on a Triumph Tiger 900, a Harley Road King Special, and now a BMW R1250 GSA. Once I added a back rest and my back started sweating, I immediately got on the Wind Rider website to order a back rest cover. It works great and looks good. It's funny how many comments the covers get, but the practicality cannot be lost. They work as well as seat beads, but are much more comfortable.
The Wind Rider backrest works great. Without it, my back section against the backrest sweats in the summer. With the Wind Rider backrest, no more sweating. And the cushion adds to the comfort.

Tracking the shipment of the seat cover was great. It took about a week which was fine with me. Installing the seat cover, I was wishing I had a third hand at times. But it was worth it as the seat cover fits nice and tight. There are no wrinkles at all! And most importantly, it is super, super comfortable. It does indeed add hours to my riding time. Riding time is now determined by my bladder. I’m glad I made this choice in seat covers. The price was much less than some extremely overpriced top name aftermarket sellers.

The Wind Rider backrest cover gives me extra support on my backrest as well as keeping my back dry. I can ride now without the back of my shirt being wet with sweat when I get to my destination.
Installation was easy. I sat on the bike while partner cut the hole for the backrest. I then took a lighter to it to melt the edges a bit to resist possible tearing. The cover went on perfectly.
I was skeptical at first. I saw lots of good reviews and several of my Goldwing friends have the WindRider covers and absolutely love them. They just completed a 6k mile trip and said how much the seat covers helped make the journey more comfortable. I made my purchase and on my first ride I was amazed that I could feel actual air flowing under my butt. fits and attaches well and it is comfy. Do you make a backrest for the Harley-Davidson Tri Glide 2023, a trunk passenger backrest pad. I can see where it might be difficult for portable attachment. BUT, We need a solution for the passenger backrest.
I have the seat cover and rider's backrest cover on my 2013 Harley Davidson CVO Ultra Classic. I've rode all of my life all over North America and I'm 73 (rode 750 miles just yesterday). In the summer months I have always got off my bike with my jeans wet from sweat. I got this seat cover and was skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised that it works as claimed......no more monkey butt when I get off of my bike after riding in the triple digit temps! I then ordered the rider's backrest cover. I left Tucson day before yesterday in 112F temps and pounded down the miles (I'm in the Calif. bay area now) and my back was completely dry! Again, it works as they claim. The only down side is they do not ship the next day and are slow to ship. It was about a week before it finally went out.
Very easy to install. From first time out was extremely comfortable you could feel the difference. Enjoyable
